Researched and analyzed post-conflict reconstruction and economic recovery programs from comparable countries, extracting relevant lessons learned and best practices to inform Yemen's recovery strategy.Supported the scoping of the project by defining the boundaries, objectives, and deliverables of the Yemen Reconstruction and Economic Recovery Plan, identifying key workstreams, stakeholder dependencies, and priority areas for intervention across economic and development dimensions.Supported the Identification and mapping the required expertise needed to execute the recovery plan, supporting the assembly of a multidisciplinary team with the right mix of skills across areas such as economic policy, infrastructure, humanitarian aid, and governance.Conducted a comprehensive situational analysis of Yemen's political, economic, and social landscape, accounting for the complexities of the ongoing conflict, institutional capacity gaps, and the humanitarian crisis to ensure the strategy was grounded in local realities.
